## Job description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll help shape the Salesforce platform used by Bolt Food’s Sales, Merchant Operations and Merchant Success teams, from lead generation to merchant onboarding and account management. You’ll join the Commercial Enablement team, reporting to the Head of the department and working closely with other Salesforce developers. This hands-on role combines architecture, development and delivery ownership. Your immediate focus will be bringing AI into Salesforce while building reliable solutions that make everyday commercial work easier. You’ll shape technical decisions and help ensure the architecture and data model can support the platform’s next stage of development. You’ll define how people and AI agents work with Salesforce, balancing useful automation with appropriate access controls and guardrails. You’ll also take ownership of the team’s day-to-day engineering rhythm, working with in-house and external developers to turn clearly scoped work into reliable delivery.
