## Job description

We’re looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our Bolt Rides team in Baku. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll support sustainable demand growth and rider retention initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our Rides marketplace. The role combines rider engagement, operational execution, process improvement, cross-team collaboration, and supporting initiatives that help more riders try Bolt and keep choosing it. You’ll split your time between analysing data and understanding what drives riders’ decisions, from pricing and availability to service quality. This role is a good match for you if you’re a driven, analytical and hands-on individual with strong operational experience and a practical approach to problem-solving.
