## Job description

Location: Remote, US Department: Growth Level of Experience: L4 Link to Job Posting: LINK Short Summary of Role: We’re looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Lifecycle Conversion team — a growth marketer who will turn free Grammarly users into paying customers across email, in-product messaging, and push, using experimentation, data-driven personalization, and AI decisioning to deliver relevant 1:1 upsell experiences to 40M+ users. This person will own a forward-looking experimentation roadmap, lead international and multilingual growth efforts, help drive cross-product monetization across the Superhuman suite, and partner closely with Marketing Operations, Data Science, Brand, and Creative. Strong fit for candidates with 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing at a freemium or PLG subscription company, hands-on experience running statistically sound A/B tests, fluency with data and modern marketing tools (Braze, Hightouch, Iterable), and a track record of driving incremental revenue.
