About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Responsibilities Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in your region Support partners through activation and ongoing work Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot models Monitor partner performance and optimize results Assist in negotiations and deal closure Identify new growth opportunities Requirements From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD Understanding of regulated broker operations Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid Fluency in English Strong communication and structured approach Proactive and results-oriented mindset What we offer Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract).
