Lead Engineer People Technology

As a Lead Engineer People Technology, you’ll lead the team responsible for building and evolving the systems, integrations, automation, and AI-powered capabilities that support Bolt’s People function. You’ll set the technical direction, support and develop engineers, and help establish reliable, scalable ways to build and maintain People technology. A key part of the role will be shaping the systems and foundations needed as the People technology landscape evolves. You’ll play a central role in defining how Bolt uses automation and agentic AI to make People processes more intelligent. This includes building practical AI-enabled workflows that can safely retrieve information, reason across systems, and take action where appropriate.
