Product Design Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Product Design Manager to lead the Product Design team across four domains within the Incentives team: Bolt Plus, Rides Growth, Delivery Growth, and Merchant Ads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the design strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This is a hands-on management role. As a Product Design Manager, you will act as a player-coach, owning the end-to-end design process and execution for the Bolt Plus team, while also managing and leading a group of Product Designers, supporting their professional growth, setting quality standards, developing a high-performing team, and driving the creation of exceptional designs across the team. To achieve this, you will define and execute design strategies and principles, implement key initiatives, and establish the processes, frameworks, and best practices needed to enable informed decision-making across various products within the Bolt ecosystem.
