Senior People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner, you'll shape and execute the people strategy for the business area you support, ensuring it is closely aligned with Bolt's business priorities and wider People agenda. You'll work as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and their leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and coaching across organisational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, talent development, performance, and engagement. By combining people data with a deep understanding of the business, you'll identify emerging needs and turn them into practical, scalable solutions. You'll also partner closely with our People Centres of Expertise and Regional People teams to bring global programmes to life, integrate business-specific insights into our People practices, and help Bolt continue scaling effectively.
