Influence Manager — Special Projects (Russian-speaking)

About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Tasks: Source, assess and build relationships with YouTube influeners and niche fintech, trading and investing influencers Develop and launch educational, YouTube and other special projects with creators Prepare concepts, briefs and collaboration formats together with influencers and internal teams Manage projects end to end: outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch and reporting Conduct post-campaign analysis: assess content and audience results, traffic, conversions and contribution to business metrics Requirements: 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production or digital media Experience working with YouTube creators long-term and/or niche fintech, trading or investing influencers Understanding of the full cycle of special projects, from concept development to post-campaign analysis Ability to connect creator and content performance with brand-awareness and business metrics Experience working with mutli-language creators, speakers, agencies or production teams Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills Native-level Russian and confident English (B2+) What we offer: A competitive base salary with a KPI-based bonus Interesting educational, YouTube and creator-led special projects A reliable budget to test and scale new collaboration formats.
