Senior Tax Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Senior Tax Manager with over 5 years of experience, a proven track record of success, and a passion for providing exceptional tax services for our companies around the world. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, and have a proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Own and manage transfer pricing compliance across multiple legal entities, including oversight of intercompany arrangements, agreements and supporting documentation Review, develop and maintain the group's transfer pricing model including service, licensing, financing and other intercompany arrangements Prepare and review intercompany calculations on a regular basis, including service recharges, cost allocations, management fees and transfer pricing adjustments Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, Master and Local Files in collaboration with external advisors Oversee and coordinate corporate tax compliance obligations in India, UK, US and other jurisdictions Monitor developments in tax legislation and maintain up-to-date internal tax guidance and procedures Liaise with tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders on transfer pricing, intercompany transactions and international tax matters WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU: 5+ years of experience in international taxation across multiple jurisdictions Strong background in tax research and providing tax consultations Hands-on experience with a comprehensive ERP like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Team player with excellent communication skills, and experience working with external tax advisors and consultants across multiple jurisdictions Can-do attitude towards challenges and ability to manage routine tasks Strong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned tasks and deliverables Fluent English, both written and spoken WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM?
