Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks across legal entities, including accruals, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and FX treatment. Manage operational, vendor, and intercompany payments (R&D and royalties) with appropriate supporting documentation and required approvals. Monitor daily cash balances across Group entities, prepare cash reporting, and maintain short-term cash outflow forecasts vs. actual payments. Own multi-jurisdiction payroll accrual, control, and reconciliation process in coordination with external payroll providers. Manage contractor administration and payments through Deel, including contract setup and integration of payroll data into QuickBooks. Calculate, review, and reconcile Sales, Customer Success, and other departmental bonus schemes with department heads. Conduct quarterly performance review sessions with Sales and Customer Success leadership to provide financial analysis of bonus outcomes and business metrics. Own payroll expense budgeting, prepare budget-vs-actual analysis for personnel costs, and analyze cash-flow impact of headcount changes. Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive finance processes, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain and continuously improve internal finance controls, documentation, and operational processes across all Group entities. Experience & Qualifications: Fluent written and spoken Russian and English are mandatory for the role. 5-7 years of experience in Finance. Bachelor degree in Finance. Background in Big4 and in SaaS/inhouse similar business. Problem solver with great communication skills and attention to detail. Hands-on experience with automation of processes and Excel.
