HQ & Global Ops - Individual Contributor Roles

We are looking for a Senior Global Operations Manager to improve how Bolt Food’s merchant organisation operates across all segments and markets. This is a central, global individual-contributor role that turns commercial priorities and business targets into scalable operating frameworks, propositions, processes, playbooks, and tools. You will connect strategy with execution by aligning Product, Commercial, Finance, Strategy & Analytics, and local teams; enabling Account Management teams; and driving consistent adoption across markets. While commercial outcomes remain primarily owned by the relevant functional and market teams, you will be accountable for the quality, execution, adoption, and scalability of the frameworks that enable stronger merchant retention, operational efficiency, revenue quality, and profitability.
