What you’ll do Your main goal will be to communicate with our existing clients and help keep them engaged. Your day-to-day will include: Calling and messaging existing clients; Following up with clients and keeping in touch with them; Answering questions and explaining our products and services; Helping clients with their requests; Keeping client information up to date in our CRM.
