Staff Product Manager, Foundation

We're looking for a platform-minded Staff Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Bolt's Foundation, the developer, AI, and productivity platforms that thousands of people across Bolt build things on every day. Our mission is to make time-to-market exceptionally fast, with tooling that's efficient and reliable for every internal builder, technical and non-technical alike. You'll wear product and engineering hats at once: shaping the Foundation strategy, defining measurable success metrics, and driving execution through clear milestones. Building strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders and influencing their decisions will also be central to the role. This is the founding product management role in Foundation. You'll own how the product process gets built and scaled here, from discovery and requirements through stakeholder input, prioritisation and go-to-market.
