Data Analyst, Rides Finance

As a Data Analyst in our Rides Finance team, you’ll build the foundations that enable smarter decision-making across Bolt’s global ride-hailing operations. Your daily work will include building data pipelines and dashboards to unlock new insights, creating and improving financial planning models, and automating manual processes to drive efficiency. One week you might be creating global financial models or analyzing competitors' performance the next, automating global weekly reporting tooling. This role not only requires technical proficiency and business understanding, but also places a strong emphasis on excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Your strong intuition for business, combined with analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, will play a crucial role in driving the success of this position.
