Strategy Associate Director

Responsibilities Pod Strategy Leadership & Account Growth: Lead programmatic and omnichannel strategy across the pod, including planning direction, budget allocation guidance, and opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new solution adoption. Client Engagement: Build trusted client relationships and participate in RFP presentations, QBRs, and educational sessions as a senior strategic partner and subject matter expert. Custom Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Own large custom proposals and pitch narratives with full oversight of structure, differentiation, and client-ready storytelling. Team Mentorship & Development: Mentor and support Strategy Managers through feedback, guidance, and shadowing opportunities to elevate strategic thinking, output quality, and adoption of new tools and workflows. Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, AI adoption, Elevate, and emerging strategic capabilities, sharing best practices that improve pod-level performance and client work.
