Strategy & Operations Manager

You'll partner with the General Manager and local operations teams to drive strategic growth and operational excellence for Bolt Food in Malta. This means building financial models, optimizing end-to-end processes, turning data into actionable decisions, and managing key projects from conception to measurable outcome. As a Strategy and Operations Manager your goal is to oversee, discover and drive improvements across country operations. You will be the right hand of General Manager in driving operational excellence, analysis, decision making and project management.
