Job description
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accounting records for multiple entities in different jurisdictions Ensure compliance with invoice requirements across jurisdictions. Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policies Ensure proper documentation and compliance of business expenses (receipts, approvals, VAT treatment) Coordinate with employees and internal teams on expense-related queries and corrections Prepare and submit payment requests in accordance with internal procedures Coordinate with treasury team to ensure timely and accurate payments Maintain the general ledger and ensure all journal entries are properly supported, classified, and posted in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. Quarterly reconciliations with contractors and related entities. Assist in the month-end closing activities for assigned entities and provide support throughout the year-end close process. Participate in the implementation and migration of accounting processes to SAP Qualifications: At least 1+ year of experience in accounting. English level — B2 or higher (daily communication). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams. Responsibility and attention to detail. Result-oriented mindset.
