Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role You'll partner with the General Manager and local operations teams to drive strategic growth and operational excellence for Bolt Food in the Czech Republic. This means building financial models, optimising end-to-end processes, turning data into actionable decisions, and managing key projects from conception through to measurable results. As a Strategy and Operations Manager, your goal is to identify, prioritise and deliver improvements across country operations. You will act as the General Manager’s right hand in driving operational excellence, analysis, decision-making and project execution.
