RFQ Specialist

We are looking for an RFQ Specialist to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes. The primary goal of this role is to manage supplier quotations and RFQ documentation, ensure pricing aligns with client needs, and collaborate across departments to deliver accurate and competitive proposals. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment. How You’ll Contribute: ● Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential suppliers ● Collect, analyze, and compare supplier quotations based on client-specific requirements ● Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve the best value for the company ● Prepare and present clear and complete RFQ documents and pricing proposals ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RFQ activities and supplier communications ● Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure effective cross-functional coordination ● Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to support RFQ decision-making What You’ll Bring to Xometry: ● Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English at B2/C1 level; additional language skills are a plus ● Experience: Prior experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required ● Industry Knowledge: Experience in the metalworking or on-demand manufacturing industry is a strong advantage ● Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and experience using transactional IT systems is preferred ● Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills ● Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously ● Organization: Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping ● Problem Solving: Ability to solve unexpected or complex issues independently ● Work Style: Results-driven approach with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines ● Remote Readiness: Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and the ability to fully participate in remote meetings and tasks ● Location: Kazakhstan What We Offer: ● Full-time remote position ● Fixed salary depending on career level and experience ● Annual bonus opportunity ● Paid overtime available ● Corporate laptop provided ● Free corporate English language courses ● Engagement through a Service Agreement ● Structured onboarding covering systems, workflows, and team culture ● Professional growth and challenging projects ● Supportive and collaborative team environment ● Wellness programs and global charity initiatives ● Flexible work culture #LI-Remote #Promoted Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
