Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Rides team in Sumqayit. You will be the main link between Bolt and our Fleet partners, helping them grow, earn more and deliver the best possible service to riders. You will maximise Fleet performance through proactive outreach, expert advice and strong relationships. That means promoting earning opportunities and new features, supporting underperforming Fleets, and helping our best partners become real Bolt ambassadors. You will also keep a close eye on the quality of our Fleet portfolio, because good service for riders starts with good Fleets. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will spend your time both behind a screen, analysing marketplace, supply and Fleet quality data, and out in the field, meeting Fleets in person and learning what drives their decisions. You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Local Team and the Growth Analytics team.
