About the Role We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across key spend categories, partnering closely with business leaders, Category Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results. In this role, you will influence purchasing decisions, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in shaping sourcing strategies that support organizational growth while ensuring compliance, quality, and long-term value. What You’ll Do Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Partner with business stakeholders and Category Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and competitive bidding processes across assigned categories. Conduct market research, supplier assessments, and benchmarking analyses to inform sourcing decisions and strategic recommendations. Evaluate supplier proposals, facilitate bid analysis, and present sourcing recommendations to key decision-makers. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. Contract Negotiation & Risk Management Negotiate commercial agreements and contract terms to secure optimal value, service levels, and quality outcomes. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, renewals, amendments, and closeout activities. Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams to identify, mitigate, and manage commercial and contractual risks. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and approved supplier programs. Operational Excellence & Leadership Support the development and execution of category strategies under the guidance of Category Managers. Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements. Mentor and provide guidance to Buyers and procurement team members on sourcing methodologies and best practices. Drive procurement process excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of industry best practices. Maintain accurate procurement records and sourcing documentation within procurement systems and eSourcing platforms such as Coupa. Contribute to team, departmental, and company objectives through achievement of key performance indicators and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline within a multinational or global organization. Demonstrated success leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data, market intelligence, and supplier performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization. Experience using procurement technologies and eSourcing platforms, preferably Coupa. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
