Job Responsibilities Managing daily bar operations and the barista team Following all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures Preparing schedules and arranging replacements when needed Managing orders, stock control and equipment maintenance Monitoring team KPIs and approving annual leave Keeping reports and the POS system up to date Improving processes and suggesting new ideas Solving issues proactively and keeping operations running smoothly
